Who AM I?
I am Margy and I am here to make a difference!
I want to encourage everyone to focus on themselves while helping others. If you are passionate about something, pursue it and I’m sure it will make a difference in your life. I am a single mom who is dedicated to help others. After having to go through with over 5 unexpected losses I started appreciating the present. The “NOW” is all I have so what shall I do with it?
I watched as cancer and sickness swept away my family. I went from funeral to funeral with just months apart from each other and saying goodbye to those who are precious to the heart! Even though each lost was terrible, one of the most painful was my precious nephew one of my closest friends. The pain totally swept through my heart when I got the news. Who do I call on to NOW? I asked myself. Then I heard a whisper in my ear saying you will always be able to call on me and I felt a mighty lift came through me and I knew GOD was sending me Strength and Peace! I was able to walk through each loss providing strength to others while I grieved.
My family and nephew had fought a great fight but the battle was not theirs, it was the LORD’s and peacefully they passed away. But the greatest thing I learned from each person especially my nephew was to live the present! Do all the things you want “NOW”!
Today I choose ME! I chose to do those things that I kept putting on the back burner.

- To lift those who are losing their way
I love helping others and seeing people smile! After having to say goodbye to many of my loved ones I made a vow to myself; that I would get back into the things I wanted the most and that was to “work at home”. To be able to give my aging parents and family a lot more time. As a single mom you have so much to do, so much to give out to everyone including your 9-5 job.
I remembered when my sister was in a coma, I want to be there for her. My boss told me that they don’t care if my sister is sick as long as I am not. Could you imagine how I felt that day? From that day forward I vowed that I would work for myself one day. I don’t want to ask permissions anymore to take care of those people I love.
What I’m saying is, treasure all those things today, for no one knows what will happen the next minute – or hour of change. And that’s why I started Divas For Hire, to help others whether it’s to help plan your events, answer your phones or set up your reservations and travels.

Never give up on what YOU want to do no matter what! There will always be ups and downs! Mighty storms will come through but keep your faith no matter how things look. I don’t know why I wrote this today but I felt someone needed to hear it! GO in peace and love the LORD because the LORD loves you! Do something today that you’ve wanted to do! Live NOW!
